Return and Refund Policy AYRANET S.A. DE C.V.
At AYRANET S.A. DE C.V., we strive to provide the best experience to our clients in all our services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require returns or refund requests. Below we present our policy in this regard.
By making a purchase from us, you agree to be bound by the following Return and Refund Policy, which we recommend you read carefully before placing an order.
CHANGE OF ORDERS
If either Party wishes to change the scope or engage additional services to complete the scope of the Order, it will send the details of the requested change to the other Party in writing. AYRANET S.A. DE C.V., within a reasonable time after such request, will provide a written quote to the Client for:
- The scope and deliverables of the requested services.
- The time needed to implement the changes.
- Price adjustments.
- Any other impact that the change may have on the performance of this Agreement.
Immediately upon receipt of the written quote, the Parties will negotiate and agree to the terms of such change (a “Change Order”). Neither party will be bound by any change order unless mutually agreed upon.
AYRANET S.A. DE C.V. may from time to time change the Services without Customer's consent, provided that such changes do not materially affect the nature or scope of the Services, or the rates or performance dates set forth in the Order.
WARRANTY
AYRANET S.A. DE C.V. represents and warrants to Customer that it will provide the Services using personnel with the required skills, experience and qualifications and in a professional and skillful manner and that it will dedicate appropriate resources to perform its obligations under these Terms. If the Client, within 15 days after receiving the Services, notifies AYRANET S.A. DE C.V. that the Services do not meet the requirements of the Order, AYRANET S.A. DE C.V., in its sole discretion, and as Client's sole remedy, may do the following:
- Repair or reperform said Services (or the defective part), in accordance with the terms of this policy.
- Credit or refund the price of said Services, according to the terms of this policy.
- Refuse the exchange, return or refund of services, if the terms of this policy do not meet to be applicable.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except for the guarantee established in the previous paragraph of these terms, AYRANET S.A. DE C.V. makes no warranty with respect to the services, including any (a) warranty of merchantability; (b) warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; (c) warranty of title; or (d) guarantee against infringement of the intellectual property rights of a third party; whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade or otherwise.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on purchased products unless they are defective. However, if you receive a defective product or if the order you have received differs from your purchase intention, we will accept returns within 15 business days from the date of receipt of the service.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as a written statement detailing the reasons for the return. We request that you contact our customer service department through our website.
Services Eligible for Return
Returns will only be accepted if the services have manufacturing defects. In the case of digital products, returns will only be accepted if an incorrect or damaged product is delivered.
Return Procedure
Clients must notify AYRANET S.A. DE C.V. your intention to return a service or product within 15 business days of delivery. This notification must include clear and documented details about the reason for the return.
EXCHANGES
Our replacement policy applies only to defective or damaged services. Please contact us to report the problem and begin the replacement process. We ask that you please provide us with clear details for a quick and effective solution, as we are committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction.
REFUNDS
Refund Criteria
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and evaluation of the returned services or verification of the service's eligibility for refund.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned services do not meet the mentioned conditions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within a maximum period of 15 business days from the date of service delivery.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are subject to evaluation and may vary depending on the type of service purchased. For services with partial or staged payments, refunds will be based on completed and approved stages.
No refunds will be made if the customer has violated the terms of the contract or has provided incorrect or insufficient information that affects the provision of the service.
Services that have been used, modified or altered after delivery will not be eligible for refund, unless there is an inherent defect in the product or service that makes it unsuitable for its intended purpose.
Deliveries
Project delivery times will be established in detail with each client at the beginning of the collaboration. These deadlines will be determined after analyzing in depth the complexity and scope of the project, considering aspects such as the availability of resources, technical complexity and the necessary collaboration of the client.
In the event of unforeseen events or changes in project requirements, we will immediately inform the client and agree on adjustments to delivery times. We will work to reach an agreement if adjustments are required due to unforeseen circumstances, which may involve rescheduling deadlines or implementing corrective measures to mitigate any impact on the quality and final outcome of the project.
Additionally, agreed upon timelines will include specific periods for client reviews, clearly establishing deadlines for receiving comments and approvals. This will ensure effective collaboration and an efficient review process.
In exceptional cases, such as force majeure events or situations beyond the control of both parties, deadlines may need to be readjusted. In such circumstances, AYRANET S.A. DE C.V. and the client will collaborate in good faith to adapt the deadlines and minimize any negative impact.
POLICY CHANGES
This Policy may undergo modifications, changes or updates derived from new legal requirements; of our own needs for the products or services we offer, our Privacy practices, changes in our business model or for other reasons.
